I've never looked closely enough at those to notice the dual interior door release handles. That is pretty cool.
Very few cars were ever built with rear-mounted door release handles; as someone who grew up in 2-door cars, we kids just pushed the front seat forward and grabbed the one handle. Oh, and I know where that car is! The dealership has all its cars for sale inside.
