Very unusually optioned. https://nashville.craigslist.org/cto/d/parrottsville-1969-oldsmobile-toronado/6820888410.html
I wonder how many '69 Tornados have ever carried around six adults. No way would I have ordered a bench seat, in one of those. What also seems unusual is the A/C option combined with manual windows
I always thought the 69 Olds engines were either Gold or Red, I think 455's would have been red. But this car's engine is Blue?
Toronado engines always had their own color, despite being big blocks which were otherwise colored red and short blocks getting gold
1969 Toronado driven by airline pilot Dean Martin in "Airport" (1970). That would be his long suffering wife in there as well (Barbara Hale, better known as Della from "Perry Mason."
My '70 Delta 88 had the 350, which was painted gold. The guy I used to buy used parts from, his '69 442 convertible had a 400, which was bronze. And I'd swear, he also had a 455 in his garage, from a 98 he was parting (likely the 1970 one I was pulling parts from), that was copper-colored.
