I also don't usually care for his stuff, but this looks pretty decent. The front end looks like a '65 Corvair to me from certain angles. I don't mind the rear end. That big super teen sticker on the front fenders looks goofy.

I actually really like the hood. I think it looks pretty neat from the front.

I find it incredibly interesting that whomever took the time to clean it up for it's glamour shots completely neglected to lift the hood. A 30 second wipe down with a dry rag would have been an improvement.

    I agree.

The modifications are interesting, but the paint scheme simply does not move me. I keep expecting to see the USPS logo somewhere. "When you letter needs to get there really fast!"

It looks like there are 3 different panel colors in the dashboard. The glove compartment and instrument cluster panels do not match each other or the rest of the dash.

I really don't like to pull apart someone else's choice of upgrades...but I will.

Along with the goofy sticker, I really don't like the stripe down the hood. I don't seem to mind the ones on the sides. But if it was mine, the hood stripe would go.

Man, the car doesn't look that bad, but that schnozz :slap:- especially when the stock Firebird design is so clean.....

In my young boy racer days I would have really liked that hood, but today I seem to prefer the flat hoods that the OHC-6, & 326/350 V8 cars came with. I like my 67 with no scoops and just the hood tach braking up the smooth lines.

I can actually live with the stripes, & even the goofy front fender emblems? But I really do not like the levitating bumperette's both front and rear. But at least on this car he left the interior mostly stock. And I agree about the modes to the nose, I think the stock FB nose in 67 & 68 are though to beat looks wise.

What I really find unusual on this car is that it is a Convertible with factory A/C! In that era both were expensive options, rarely seen together. Usually the buyer would go for one or the other, not both.

I forgot to mention how much I dislike side pipes I will almost go as far as saying I hate them.
