    The Stout was actually a slight bit larger than the Hilux model that came along shortly thereafter.... Only available in this short bed length, as I recall. Not much room in the cab, either.

    Nope. Isuzu.....

    In fact, Isuzu wasn't yet in the U.S. when Chevy first started selling the LUV. Isuzu made a whole range of vehicles on that same platform.....
