Spotted this on a side street only 10 minutes from me. Someone should buy this. It looks to be in outstanding shape. No rust at all on the bumpers or lower panels or anything. The interior is very clean. I was able to see the odometer through the driver's side window, and it said 18,000. I'll guess that's 118,000, but who knows. How many of these do you see at all, let alone in this condition? Asking price of $9,000 doesn't seem unreasonable. You'd certainly be the only one at any car show you brought it to.

I don't know what that is attached to the front bumper. Some kind of towbar? If it is, its presence suggests that the car doesn't run. For $9,000, it should run and drive just fine, I would say.

Manual, on-the-column shift. You can tell by the presence of a clutch pedal. Now that would be fun to drive!

Here's a page out of the 1965 Rambler Classic brochure. This car was apparently the lowest rung of the three station wagons offered (550, 660, and 770). Shown at the upper left.

Towbar on the front because it probably gets pulled behind that huge motorhome. Pretty nice shape as long as it isn't full of bondo.

The air cleaner seen packed in its cargo area suggests possible running issues. Even then, nine grand isn't that much money, anymore. I'd pay it out, if the body is pristine or close enough to being so and the entire drivetrain is intact, without missing items of which have been sold separately.
The only Bondo pregnancy I can detect from here is the following:
