    hmmm

Looks to be the Stoodie version of that last Packard wagon model... Complete with Edsel style tail-lights... Like that they're showing us that this is probably a survivor car, as the inside of the hood would have been restored with the rest of the car, if done correctly. This is a way cool wagon.

The '60 rear lights are the absolute worst of the three - reminds me of new-style trailer lights. And the '58...well, you'd think that a left turn light would POINT to the left, and the right would point right, but then the fins would really look funny...

Picture one and picture three, the wide not really an oval shape... The top third of the Stoodie light also has a 55/56 Chevy look about it. Ford wagons of the time had that wide not really an oval look, on some of their tail-lights, too

A new frame for the rear license plate and the spear trim on either side of the rear gate control would be good. Very little else visually challenged on this. And the colors are perfect on it.

Beautiful and very unusual car, and in what looks to be very good shape. This is one that you certainly won't see coming at you down the road

And this one is sold. Hopefully the new owners will continue to look after the old girl.

The 1957 names continued the tradition started in 1956 by using names of resorts~
    Pinehurst, Parkview, and Pelham.

Pinehurst was the name given to the President (289) powered wagon.
Parkview was a Commander (259) powered wagon,
and Pelham was a Champion (185) powered wagon.
    All '56s were two doors.
The Pinehurst was one year only.

    For 1957 Studebaker had these~

Broadmoor~ President 289 powered four door
Provincial~ Commander 259 powered four door
Parkview~ Commander 259 powered two door
Pelham~ Champion 185 powered two door
    Scotsman~ Champion powered two door

The Broadmoor was one year only.
The Scotsman had little to NO trim, and was as barebones as you could get.
They sold for something around $1800 back in 1957.

    I currently own a '57 Parkview.
Dad has both a '57 Broadmoor and a '57 Pelham.
    I used to own a '56 Parkview and a '58 Scotsman.
