Welcome to the forum for sure. Too bad that '61 Fjord got away. We'll keep
a look out for one for you over here.
Do you k now Dön Jonseth?
He lives in my home town, is 6'2" has blue eyes, too.
Hey, if it's possible for you to be related to all the Carsons in Winnipeg,
I don't see why it's so far fetched for you to know a thawed Swede
    in Nebraska.

    Hi Mark,
No I don´t know Dön Jonseth and the Fjords are in Norway, and I´m sorry to say I do not know the "Carsons" at all.
    :D Not even Johnny Carson.

I bet that '72 Kingswood was a good car to you. I know you had plently of room for your suit cases. I've had 5 '71 and '72 Chevys. My boy also had a '72 Kingswood Estate. Drove that car many times.

Well BillT, It was well built. I backed into a Ford Pinto and the Pinto looked like a V and not a scratch on the GM. However, the Chevy gave up on 1 cylinder so it became a V7 for the last days on our trip. Guess we did not maintain it as we should, we were busy watching the skyscrapers, I guess:camera:
