Sorry to hear you don't have your wagon any more. Hope your driving something at least almost as cool. I let go of the Country Squire a while back and got a '87 Caprice Estate.

Anybody who has an 'eye' for style to put those wheels on that Chevy is good enough for me - even if you don't have it anymore.
Tell us what's up lately, vehicle-wise.......

No, it was "you can take Salem out of the country, BUT....you can't take the country out of Say-lem." :)

Of course, you have to have been born before about 1960 to have any chance of remembering hearing that when it was actually on the air. I can hear it in my mind as clearly as if I heard it on the radio five minutes ago.

FW, if there's one thing we're noted for, its how to help you 'invest' in a wagon. (Any other car is 'spending'!)

You got the passion. The rest will come... :rofl2:

With 257,000 miles my wagon was breaking something every month. It just wore me down. Sold to a tech that works at Another Goodyear store, so I still see it now and then.

He's put some HUGE wheels on it and a bunch of speakers, lol. And baby seats in the back so he can take the family with him.

You guys will get a kick out of this non-b-body wagon thread I started on ISSF.

As for music, I'm now playing bass in a COUNTRY band. Its fun, and so far I haven't run into any racists.:2_thumbs_up_-_anima

I can relate, I have had the my time on the side of the road. Until last year I never had a driver newer than 20 years old. Believe it or not, you will reach a point where you fixed everything. Reliable stuff is nice to drive. Functional options (AC for ex) is awesome, but I miss the thumbs up at the stoplights, and being able to find my car instantly in a parking lot. I cant stand the uni-culture in car design.
