That Olds 98 is stunning!!!

My son spotted this parked at our local Wal Mart today. We parked next to it and inspected it. That is bare metal. When we were at the rod run, I thought it was a rattle can silver paint job. As luck would have it, we finished up inside WM and got back in our car. I looked over at it again and the owners were putting their stuff in the back of it. I hopped out and asked some questions....namely, how do you get bare metal not to rust when it's out in the elements. He told me that he put Scotchbrite and WD40 on the metal and it has held up for quite a while with no reapplications.

I love that creme-colored Suburban, and that '60 Olds 98. That's one of the few 'older' cars that I think looks good with the big wheels under it.
