My 96 RMW was unused for a few days. Yesterday when I started driving, the car would shift hard into second gear. This lasted for a few miles (im guessing until it warmed up), then it was fine. Same thing happened today. I had my serpentine belt changed 2 weeks ago. All fluids are fine. It just turned 24k miles. I also have a transmission cooler. I heard this beasts had tranny issues coming out of the factory. Any Thoughts?
Might be due for a fluid change? I swapped my old fluid out for the new Dexron VI spec stuff, which is recommended by GM.
