I believe you Ian, the first thing that I noticed was the drivers seat erea where the power switches are, there is no (don't know how to word it) that saggy droop foam wear from years of people sliding in and out of the car. My Crwezers seat DID'NT have it but the Buicks seat does have some. The wierd part of the Buick, Suzie who we got it from is a tiny tiny lady.

im finally getting here. the holiday messed me all up.

That is one beautiful car. I hate the rust in the fender, i just finished having rust work done on my 72 lincoln and not sure im ready to start with that again. Will have to take some serious thinking and debating on my part. Already have a total of 11 engines to care for, 36 road tires, and 8 agriculture tires, and i just dont have a place to park a car that nice. It would go to hell on the express train just sitting in the yard with the other wagons. I do want it though... love the color, love the body, hate it has no rack or 3rd seat. Love the 455.

Jase, you can always add a rack, and as far as it not having a 3rd row, think of how nice it will be to have a full-width backseat that is actually more useable and comfortable...also the convenience of folding a one-piece back. Preferable...IMO. David : )

Did anyone wind up buying this car or know what happened to it? Other than the required repair to the fender, it did seem to be in great shape.

i would loved to have been the one driving that thing away, but between being afraid of that rust, and loosing my job, it just wastn the time for me to buy a 70s buick.. :-(
