Winter came back and going to Wisconsin

We got almost 2" of snow last nite and it's staying for a couple days. We're dipping down to -20C (-31C with windchill) tonite and then back up by Saturday, but the bad news is that its on its way to Wisconsin and maybe North Carolina. Keep them shovels warmed up guys.

Winter seems to hang on longer this year. We have to wear a light jacket in the morning.

Another 'Southern California' day here in Oregon today. Clear and sunny - supposed to get to about 70.......

 

We went from 32F down to 17F right now at 7PM Central time, and going down to -6F and windchill taking us down another 5F to -11F. Enjoy your warm fuzzies.

Yea it was pretty nice here in Oklahoma, got to around 71 or so, O' the Humanity.....Its going to be 50's today...I still hate this state.

The common theme of these posts is that for some of us the word "winter" is something we only read about in the papers, Norman. And not local papers either but we have to read the eastern papers. Far eastern. Yesterday I phoned CS54 about something and woke him from his nap. He was sitting out on the deck in the hot sun and dozed off. Good thing I phoned or he'd of gotten a sunburn

 

I just read the Farmer's Almanac online 3 month forecast. cooler summer again. Maybe the skitters won't make it this year.

 

I don't care what you guys are calling winter but it's been spring for almost a week.

Yeah, we'd hate to lose some of our eastern wagon counterparts because they were carried off by big ones. You can go lounge on the beach at Gimli and take pics of the wagons with the water in the background.
