whoa, serious firepower going through that fox.
So about those subframe connectors, I sure would like a pair in my '78.
Custom welding and all that, I suppose?

    connectors

Yes i first bought this car for my son, he had a fairmont wagon afew yrs ago w/built 5.0/auto and thought this would be a good builder, he thought not, It only has 109,00 on it and am the third owner. I was tired of all the Fox stangs getting all the power so I decided to let them give chase (and they do), I am the only wagon at my local track (Tulsaraceway.com) luggage rack and all. the frame connectors were easy an just required some mig welding and alittle bending, but nothing that anyone else couldn't do. I will get some pics up as soon as our new snow leaves us.
I really love the wagon and hope to put it in the 10's by summer, and still drive it around.....(y)

Neat handle! Nothing like a Fox wagon for powertrain perks. I found a couple Fairmont Youtube flicks where they're getting low 14's with the Turbo I4 engines, but the V8's do dance much better. Glad you're here!:Welcome:

Wait Norm, our inline sixes are probably in the high 18's or low 20's. That's nothing to sneeze at.

I saw the FordSix thread on adapting a Turbo to the 200 inline. Wow! Hard to believe the power you can get out of one of these die-hard sixes!
