I now own a 87 full size Buick..... http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8237 Before I found the Crewzer witch took months I was all ways bugging her to sell me this wagon but she would'nt. We went to view the car and when we got there our friend Suzie handed me the keys and papers and gave the wagon to us for free....yes FREE! The only thing she asked in return was if she ever needed any thing hauled etc if I would do it....of course I will! Suzie has cancer and is going through a rouph time...I feel strange taking the car because of that but she would'nt take any $ from us but she is letting us take her out for dinner and to Bill Cosby who is coming to town in a few weeks. My honey and I talked and there are a few conserts coming also that Deb my wife will be paying for and doing the girls nite out thing to keep her spirits up. I have the wagon at home now and still hav'nt even opened the hood or looked at the maintanance reciets in the glove box. The wagon runs and drives great, thoughty yet quiet and what a smooth comfey ride down the highway..hills are no problem for this baby also. New exhaust although single done rite, no smell of exhaust coming in the open tailgate window, powere every thing and it all works. Other than the propane system it's completly stock. The wagon is a bit dusty dirty now, Suzie has all ways kept a super clean car but I understand why it's a bit "dusty" now. I'll give her a good wash and clean tommorow,,,,Suzie, the next pics of the wagon will be you, all cleaned up and pritty just like you kept it. ....Luv you Suzie
Well I got one pic, I did'nt beat the sun going down but here's one any way (washed) I'd forgotton how big a full size is, notice how our Crewzer is a dwarf in comparison. ....Luv Ya Suzie
Part of me says you lucky dog. But then as i read the rest after the FREE part. I realized that maybe you are just being rewarded for actions you have yet to do. Funny thing is neither party knew that.
You lucky dog, Fat! AND....it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy! I looked at that wagon when you posted it up earlier and really liked it. Brought back memories of my 88 Electra that I put that built 455 in. Suzie knew who to entrust her wagon with. Tell her I said that she made the perfect decision to give that wagon to you. I know you will treasure it and so does she. And tell her I hope she beats that damnable disease!
Fresh Pics... Thanx Guys ...I should have taken a pic of the boys BEFORE we left for a drive and hike in the park. They both had more of a "happy goofey LETS GO" look to them...now there a bit burnt out...The old man is tired and still napping under his Oak tree Too bad it is'nt sunny today but here are some pics of her all cleaned/vacumed etc. I'm missing one piece of the car and I'm sure it's gona be a bugger to find as no wreraking yards out here have any of these perioud any more.....drives door handle wood trim piece (pic below) This wagon drives so nice and comfey and tight!.....it's been YEARS since I've had a car that I hav'nt complained about not being able to move the seat back far enouph ( my 80 Colony), this one is built for a 7 foot tall driver. Here's some fresh clean (in the shade) pics...... I have as much room in the back with the rear seat up as I do in the Crewzer with the rear seat down EDIT>.... Only 2 pet pieves..... No interiour lite in the cargo area and the cassete eats tapes:confused:.....2 got eaten...Fleetwood Mac Rumours and Pink Floyd Dark Side Of The Moon....I bout those in my teens!
aw man.....sure does bring back memories. I love everything about the 80's B-Body Buick wagons. Nice car, Fat.
Thanx Fox, as I said before...I'd forgotton how nice a full size drives/rides. As I type my daughter is out thers measuring up drop cloth seat covers. This interiour is going to stay super clean.

No I'm right Tedy. I went through 2 types of cancer at once and I know how strong a person has to be family or friend. My wife was and is still both to me.
