1960 chevrolet brookwood rear door window installation

Hello everyone I was wondering if anybody can help me out on how to install the rear door glass to a 59 or 60 brookwood station wagon. Im installing new guide channels and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the glass in. Ive uninstalled everything necessary to do so but still no luck. Any help or advice would be much appreciated, thanks!
