1991 Ford LTD Crown Victoria LX Country Sedan wiper "parks" in up position.

Good evening,

When I was driving my vehicle in the rain today and when parked my vehicle today ('91 Country Sedan). I went to turn off the wipers and they "parked" in an upright position on the windshield. This was before I turned off the vehicle.

I ran them again and they have full range of motion. They just park themselves in the upright position when switched to off.

What should I do? First time encountering this problem.
