Got connected right away this morning. When I usually link up (9-noon PST usually) it has problems connecting. No problems in the evening though.

It seems hit or miss. Sometimes I get time outs loading a page, other times its really snappy.

I’ve noticed this all year including today. When it works it’s plenty fast. But when it doesn’t, nothing works. It won’t even show something as simple as alerts. The available bandwidth is in spurts like an on/off switch. And you have to catch it during an ON spurt, or nothing will happen.

No other website I visit does this. Maybe it has something to do with how it says this website is not secure?

That being said, I do like the forum and appreciate any work to keep it online. I couldn’t do that myself.

If you'll put https in front of the URL instead of http, it will be secure. :)

Forum responsiveness has been particularly bad the past few days. Quite a few timeouts on page loads. https does not affect this. Then it turns around and page loads are snappy. Weird.

My morning experience this past week or so has been pretty good. Immediate page loading, no waiting. I only get the slow-downs in the AM. Always good in the late PM.

Of course, now that I'm saying the above, it won't accept 'Post Reply'

Anyone else noticed the site is responsive like it should be now? I haven't noticed any non-responsiveness for about the past week (not to jynx it of course).
