Hey everyone, I got my hands on a 72 Ford Country Squire from a guy in town, who got it from the original owner. Currently reads 76,000 miles and she's pretty clean for a Canadian car! Currently trying to work a few electrical bugs out of it but just got her home last week. I had a 78 F250 I fixed up when I was in College and currently rebuilding a 65 Mustang from the ground up. 351W with the FMX Automatic. AM Radio, manual windows and seats. Comes with some original paperwork from the dealership and bill of sale! Let me know what you guys think! Matthew
Welcome to the Station Wagon Forum, Matthew! How's the surf there up in Canada? Always liked those '71 and '72 Country Squires - good-looking design. New body in '73 made them look more boxy, less sleek....... Post up some more pics if you can! Marshall
Welcome aboard. Great looking wagon you have there. Thank you for sharing it with us. The under hood images of a vehicle from this era always astonish me. So much space!
Welcome Matthew. Love your car. Looks like Ginger, or medium brown metallic. I have one exactly like it. I think ‘72 is my favorite year of the modern Squires. As Orthmann said we love pictures, and don’t forget to post it in the Garage, American Station Wagon section of the site. And again welcome!
