Saw this at an estate sale today. It's still in the barn!

Looks a little rough, and definitely needs a new front bumper/fascia/whatever, but overall doesn't look too bad. No idea if it runs or not. The door was locked, so I couldn't get a look at the interior. 62,000 miles. They want $14k for it.

That guy standing next to it was intensely typing on his phone the entire time I was looking at it, and he never left that spot. Perhaps he was texting his wife, asking permission to buy it.

Interesting, Is it an automatic or Manual transmission? Engine a 350 or 454?
Those 1973 five mph front bumpers tend to fall apart with age.I have no idea if they are repopped or not.

If they proved to me it ran and drove that is a good price, otherwise I would offer $10K if I were interested in it. I suspect it is a 350ci automatic car. And I would have to check under the battery and the cowl for rust.

Owing that it's a roadster, if the top is in good condition, and no one left a battery in the tray for a hundred years, it's a good bet they're good enough for resto. What condition was the interior?

I was not able to investigate any of these things. There was no one around to ask, and the doors were locked. The garage was not well lit, so I couldn't see that well into the interior. I don't know what engine or transmission is in it. From what we can see of the seat backs in that one photo, the interior is probably not too bad.
