The one I found (and have pics of) in Everett, WA a handful of years ago was this color, and it was a beautiful jewel of a car.

As someone who isn't a Ford/Lincoln guy, I'm not sure if I've ever seen one of these in that colour combo. I like the exterior, but while blue is my favourite colour, I'm not sure if that interior colour works for me. I guess I'd prefer a slightly darker shade of blue to match the dash. Too bad about the scuffs in the paint on the driver's side though. Otherwise, that's a really nice example.

Scuffs? They must have driveway shrubbery they never ever trim down. What a shame.

I was thinking either that or it was stored in a garage without a car cover on it and it got scuffed up from being in a tight spot where either people or things rubbed up against it over time. Who knows. It is a shame.

Wow, given the scuffed paint, that sold for a bit more than I thought it might. Still a nice car though.

This is the only Mark V submodel I've seen with split seats and a console.

D2BF4C45-8DF8-4E98-B2C0-4AB9D29C74FC.png I have a ‘79 Collector series with this identical configuration only in dark blue. This was also the interior of choice on the jubilee editions (as shown) as well. Those consoles are pretty spacious.

^^^That interior would be sweet, adapted to Babe, my '79 Ranchero GT.
