1969 Olds Toronado

    this one is at $3,000 with 6 hours to go. what are the issues anyone sees with this?

    I'm not seeing any issues honestly other than minor typical things of cars this age: trunk lid not fully seated, AC compressor failed\inoperable. It's also a low option car - no power windows and the cranks really stick out.

    I'm not sure I've ever seen a Toronado with crank windows........until now.

    Power windows of this car's era were an extra cost option plus they did not have the reliability that they have now, so some people actually preferred sticking with the cranks. It was not unusual to hear of power windows going down and not going back up. My issue is what is going on with the grill clips ? Cannot believe it left an Olds factory looking like that in 1969. A little flat black paint can't cost that much.

    I noticed that immediately as well. I just think that there was some black paint on those mounting areas, and it just wore off - and the seller hasn't bothered fixing it. Most buyers probably wouldn't even notice it.
