    At first I was confused but I see that Dennis, the lawyer who forum members should recognize from his posts about Wagons, is selling his black 96 Roadmaster. I didn't see a link there.

    No, my take is that it was dealer installed probably contracted through a local striper because he gives the name of the Buick Dealer and says information on the package is available through them.
