How can a vinyl top be"in good shape with one small tear". If it has a tear then it's not in good shape and needs replaced. Am I being to nit-pickey here? Tom

 

I think you can see the tear here in the passenger front roof pillar. If so, it can be repaired. It won't look perfect, but would not require replacing the entire top.
