Hi Everyone - I need your help. These floors, cargo area, and rockers (inner and ouster) are junk.

    1) I need help identifying what replacement parts. I need help finding the Models and years that are the same for replacement sheet metal.

    2) what order should I weld. 1) Inner rockers 2) outer rockers 3) floors, 4) cargo?
This is sorta my order but wanted your perspective

Check out the pictures. I have a ton of work

    Thanks Everyone

my thought maybe to brace the opening ,cut the outer rocker brace that , cut out the floor and inner rocker ,replace them as a pair and then finish with the outer .

Wagon Man - This can be done! I would def brace the structure and remove any additional weight that might distort the structure like the doors. But that floor pan with the inner rocker would be challenging to get back in. I would have to feed it under middle pillar at an angle. I might have to remove the steering column just to get the floor in.

Because this is such a big job (probably understated), I am considering multiple patch jobs throughout. Cut out only the rotted metal. I have to reinspect the “good metal”.

By the way your 59’ is HOT!

thanks for the kind words. While mine was in pretty decent shape as it was a texas car it was a flintstone mobile the first time i drove it. luckily it was just the bottom 1/2 of the floor area so it was fairly easy
it sounds a little confusing the way i said it but i meant fit the floor and inner rocker moving and trimming as needed to fit. then tack them up. the floor pans i bought were not a perfect fit but 20 yrs ago i didn't have much choice

I've never seen yours, yet. But, there's a certain newbie '56 Mercury wagon owner who had enough glassless window to even put Wilma, Pebbles and Bam Bam to work

For replacement flooring what years and models are compatiable with Parkwood?

I read Parkwood, Brookwood are both the same. I called several vendors and they where not sure, some vendors did not even know of these models.

Check this out from www.carid.com. They have a Sherman replacement floor and within the item list they have Vehicle fitment That shows all the years and models. The picture looks identical to the current floor in my 1960 parkwood.

the difference in the floor pans is more in relation to 6 or 9 pass as this locates the spare in different positions. as far as i know 59 and 60 are the same and with the pans i bought the shape was similar but some of the reinforcing ribs didn't line up perfect but mine is a driver not a concours show car. so a hammer and dolly brought it together

Been working on replacing the whole floor, from toe kick to rear bumper. Since a majority of the rear is rusted through, including the rear frame I needed to find a way to support the body. I don’t have enough space or time/effort to pull the body off the frame. Nor do I believe it is necessary. After the body is supported and floors removed it will expose everything I need to replace or restore.

Check out my initial body lift. After I lifted it and leveled it all the doors opened and shut so much better. I will start welding cross supports to hold all’s Pillars in place and aligned.

That is such smart engineering! I'm such a lunkhead, I never would've thought to do that! This is something you need to do a separate write-up on; I'm sure there are some members who would benefit from it.

Wow!! My Parkwood has replacement floor panels done by someone two owners ago. Not the best job, but serviceable. I'm not sure I would have bought it if my floors were in the shape yours were. I tip my hat to you!
Keep at it and post lots of pictures in the garage.

Making great progress, today I cut out a little more rust and mocked up the rear end
