    Project, you say?! It's in too good a shape. I'd leave it pretty much alone, except for dropping in a 409 connected to a THD 400, maybe. That's all. That's it. The THD 400 can't be seen either from the outside or from the engine compartment.

    Beautiful! Dad had a '58 Biscayne sedan. did a lot of co-pilot time in that one - we delivered newspapers to street stands and liquor stores. Beat that car up a lot.
    I still like your '61 better, though.

    Yep and I just put the floor in, and I'm not taking any chances of stain. So Turkey pan option for this 58

    If it's used it's bound to leak sometime.
    I was going to post a pic of our Corsair with absorbent pads under it to soak up the oil drips but you don't need someone to clutter up your thread with unnecessary pics.
