Hey guys! Newest wagon is coming along. Dents are almost all pulled out. Will use as little filler as posible. The alternator I upgraded to a 100 amp. Water pump has been replaced. Waiting for my radiator to come in. Then replace the one anti sway bar end link. Have to do some welding on the bottom of the spare tire well and rear wheel tubs. Will take some pics on Wednesday.
Air was already converted to 134a. Has snow tires on it. The backing brackets for the hub caps are missing so will drive around without the hubcaps for now. Nice carmine red interior in it. The pics will show what it looks like a little better.
    Update on Wednesday

Thanks for the comments and excitement guys. Here are some pics of the Olds. Was rainy but you get to see the body a little better. Need to do a little more on the tailgate and the passengers fender. Maybe a little more on the drivers quarter. Installing the new rad and end link tomorrow. Rear wheel tub and spare tire bottom welding coming soon.

Love the color. Thanks for sharing. Raining in BC go figure.

That happens across the entirety of the Great Pacific Northwest, so it's never a surprise. It's when we get snow down here in Seattle that you get a good surprise!

Very nice color combo. How many miles (or Km, I'm about the only 'Murican who knows both)?

That is a nice looking car. I like the color combo with the woodgrain. Good luck and keep us updated on your progress.

Thanks for all the koodos guys! On the odometer it reads something like 66xxx km but probably been around the clock at least once. Been resprayed once the previous owner said. The red needs a good cut polish but it is all there. Also converted to 134a too! There are a couple blemishes on the vynl seat and door panel but no cracks anywhere!
When the engine was converted to an Olds 350 the mechanic never really hooked up all the vacuum lines properly or hook up the air pump. Apparently the engine has been rebuilt too.
All the power windows and power door locks work.
Got the rad in and will do the end link tomorrow.
Deciding which one to keep is getting harder all the time. I love my Pontiac Safari. Has all the paperwork since day one and I have been fixing it here and there for the last 6 years. Some of the rust spots are similar.
Either way I would like one of them to go to a very good home.

Turned out better to see the body blemishes in the wet coast weather. Made the paint look really shiny. The wood trim on the passenger side is toast because that was the side facing the sib while it sat for the last 4 years. Found a 3M website that can sell the similar graining rolls.
Found the wire hub caps are missing the wheel mounting hardware missing so I don't know how comfortable I am driving around with them on.

Yes lots of rain here on Van Island the last month. Working outside since I don't have a garage. Makes for some interesting stories☺

That's why I have a pair of tarps. I had used one the day I was trying to find out what had happened to my brother's Lincoln, because the rain was pouring down in sheets.
