Sometimes they do call me mom. They gave me that nickname because I love the PeeWee Herman movie, PeeWee's Big Adventure and my favorite part is when the person who stole PeeWee's bike goes to collect his money and tells Buxton, the guy who hired him to steal it, "Fork over the cash BuxTon.
Welcome CB, I had big plans for the one I just missed out on buying back here in Iowa. Good luck with it.
Another cousin has arrived on our little forum. My '68 Beaumont is a Canadian cousin to your Chevelle. When I was looking for quarter panels I ended up uses Nomad quarters. They're pretty much the same, the tails lights a bit different but that's all. Anyway welcome aboard I hope you enjoy the forums. I wouldn't be to hard on your hubby, after all after a few tries he did finally got it right.
Welcome. Your Husband has a nice selection of cars. The Chevelle should make a great ride for your Family. I am currently doing a 2 door Nomad conversion on a 66 Chevelle Wagon . http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/threads/66-longroof-project.29015/ Have fun, be creative and enjoy that new Wagon.
Thanks everyone for the great welcome! I'll keep you posted on the progress. So far we have rebuilt the carb and bought new tires. My husband works in a weird order, which means he has no order at all. Lol
