Hi fellow station wagon owners, Glad I've found this forum, just what I need to help with the restoration of my 1967 Country Sedan. Regards Barry
aboard Barry. Tell us about your ride and how you acquired it....and let's see some pics of it. What plans do you have for it? Jack
I went to Florida in 2013 & 2014 with the intention of buying cars & bikes to import to the UK, I found the Sedan on Craigslist in March 2014 in Florida, I'm still in touch with the previous owner and he helps post me small items, I use a shipper in Miami that I use for larger parts. When I bought it the brakes were very bad and the upper wishbones had worn bushes, I bought these parts from Rock Auto. It's a 289 which has low compression on 3 cylinders, it drives but lacks power, I've recently found a 390 complete with autobox in the UK and will fit this over the winter along with a few other jobs, the spare wheel well is rotted as is the fuel tank and the tailgate needs some attention. I've a few other classics but find I use the Sedan more as it's just more useful & practical. Barry
