Ive been watching a wagon on Craigslist for months now, near Asheville NC, it will be on there and off, on and off. so 3 weeks ago he has it down to $750. i email him to see if he still has it... no answer. Latest posting advertises it as a CLASSIC and now its on some nutty car sales site. for $1250. id like to kick the (_l_) of whoever emailed him and told him it was a classic. If youre here in the group, then i hope you read this..

    T'weren't me! :rofl2:

Why would anyone wanna bump up the price, from this site?

Maybe the guy's son decided to get off the couch and check the internet to score some pocket money or brownie points with the old boy.:rofl2:

"Hey dad, let me check the WWW for ya." and then, "Dad can I have $20?":banghead3:

That car has been around for a long time. I wasn't aware that the price was fluctuating. If I wanted the car badly...and I don't...I would go there with no more than a thousand bucks in my pocket and if I still liked it I would make an offer and go from there. You may hate the car when you get there or love it. If you love it, make the deal. Can't do much on the computer.

$500 is the max I would give for it. I'm saving up for the 69,000 original mile Cali 86 Caprice wagon with no rust and thats the price I can get it for. And it even has brand new 275/60s on the rear and new 235/60s on the from on Chrome Vette style ralleys with dog dished centers. But I have to day, around here, any wagon thats over 10 years old in good shape is rare. I cant remember the last time I seen a Custom Cruiser on the road or a Safari, Ford wagons are even more rare around here unless its a Soreass..errr Taurus or Espush... errr Escort.

Go big or go home, eh? A $500 errr Escort.:D Too much. Front bumpers are too high, and back bumpers are too low. Intake too close to exhaust!:biglaugh:

Cant beg, nobody likes me, cant borrow, nobody trusts me, cant steal, everyone around me is broke. I dont think its goin anywhere, sittin in the same spot since last summer and its not advertised for sale. If it does, Oh well, it wasnt ment to be. It need a header panel and right front fender and right front door work, it kissed a deer and has a few dings and creases, no biggie.
