a friend of mine sent me a pic of his new 60 CHEVY wagon.. he has been buying parts from me for years to build this for his wife..i think he did a great job on it....not really loving the tire and wheels .. but we all have different tastes i guess..
Nice, though I'm not a fan of the 60 styling it seems to work better on the wagon body. Also not a fan of the tires and rims I prefer a little under stated and some sidewall for those big bumps on the road.
I'd drive it..........probably stop by the tire shop and buy new tires and wheels, but I'd drive it......
With those tires and wheels, you'd need an airbag system to make it work 'for those big bumps on the road.'
How many wives could change one of those tires? And how would you get the rear one off? I still say that wagon wheels belong on farm wagons and other vehicles need some rubber between the rim and the pavement.
it takes a lot to get those wheels off . jack up the car by the frame and either disconnect the shocks or jack up the rear on the side opposite of that you want to remove the tire from and maybe with a little wiggling you can get it off. had 18's on the back of the wagon for a while and had that issue
