    I have been cleaning the T & C up here and there - it is VERY hot in the shed where I have it.
    I will try and post some pics ASAP of my slow progress.

    Just a few pics of the T & C in the shed (dark and hard to get good shots)
    as I am getting around to cleaning and polishing it. One pic shows a fender NOT done yet to show the contrast of "before and after"
    The paint and chrome are 55 years old so I didn't expect too much but it is coming out okay.

    Nice find! I love "survivors" they are only original once. IF it was mine I would clean it all up and get it running and driving maybe buff the paint and leave it that way as a an original car.

    I am pretty much following that route at this time. The only thing I am thinking about doing is buying the replacement alligator vinyl for the front seat because that is the only bad part of the interior. At least if I decide to redo the front seat in the future I will have the material. You just never know when these type of materials suddenly become "unavailable". Of course I will need a new carpet set, too.
