used a rubber from a kingswood wagon to replace rotten window seal on my belvedere. it worked great filled the ugly hole between glass and outer skin of gate. also changed to TCI converter this year what a good move it is a lockup still with better stall. still got my great highway cruise. check it out http://youtu.be/i33nAHhYEgw
Good to know. Where did you get the Chevy Kingswood seal and what model year was it for? How did you attach it? I still have pages from the 1967 master parts book that i photocopied for you that shows exploded views of the tailgate parts and has factory part numbers. Interesting. Not Chevrolet Kingswood, but a Holden Kingswood. I will look into getting a couple of those myself. One for me and one for a buddy who is restoring a 1 of 1 built 67 Coronet 383 4 bbl 4 speed wagon with factory air. Only 67 Coronet known to have been built with a big block 4 speed and factory air.
That is good info. Been looking for that piece and the upper window track molding. Steel makes the lower which I have.
