Gotta love Springtime in Texas! I put over 550 miles on the Roady wagon this weekend, took it to the new car show in Dallas, and then to the Austin F1 racetrack for the Steve Miller Band Concert. Plus my family ran all over the state too, visiting the Blue Bell Ice Cream factory and downtown Houston. Great non-stop spring weekend!

Averaged 18.8mpg in the Roady, in a combination of both city and 80+mph highway driving, all with the a/c blowing.

Only had one issue, sadly in Dallas my power antenna died. (DOH!) If anyone has one to sell, please message me!!!!

Love this car, and love this time of year! Happy Spring All! Pics from this weekend below!

Oh and this happened... My brother-in-law borrowed our Denali and left this in my garage. I'm waiting for the foundation to crack or roof to fall in....there's an F-word next to my wagon...

Great pictures Mike. The last one was way out of Focus though!:biglaugh:
Will you ever be able to get the garage smelling right again?
Love that field full of blue flowers. Bluebells? Maybe that's where they got the name for the ice cream.

Texas Bluebonnets. First sure sign of spring. They're everywhere from now until the end of April or so. Nice.

As for the F-word, it went home to Dallas yesterday. The garage is airing out nicely. :yup:

Thanks. Nice to know they were named after Blue Bonnet margerine and not Blue Bell Ice cream.
Keep the big garage door open and get a few of those pine Tree things to hang from the rafters.:D

I'm still wondering how you can tell it's spring there???????? Every photo you've posted this winter looked like spring.
The two rats surrounding the mouse were also unsettling. Especially with that one rat holding a blue Ford bag. Maybe he'll put it in the Camaro for a litter bag.

Yeah that pic is going to be hard to live down...

And the Bluebonnets only bloom in March and April, gone by May. They are the warning that it's going to get HOT here soon, and to enjoy the weather now while we can!

Wasn't the wildflowers and such to beautify the state come from LBJ, whose Highway beautification law basically said his daughters couldn't drive around in a convertible?:rofl2::29:

The law actually said LBJ's daughters couldn't drive around with their top down!:rofl2:

Today at our local Wally World I saw a Buick nearly like Mikes. The difference was there was a belt line trim of wood around the wood panels. This was peeling off leaving only a tan color trim. The rest of the wood side and rear looked nice.
Sure a lot of people looking at that Buick.
