My partner in the t-shirt business called me today and said, "get your camera and come down to Traditional Autobody".
Well, I had to go out to the Post Office anyway and it's located just around the corner so it wasn't out of the way.

Turned out to be a very Sweet ride!

The wood on the sides is not original but very well done.

The car came out of California because in 20 seconds I found more pictures of it on Google with CA plates. It was at the body shop to repair some paint checking on the rear fenders.

Doors opened smoothly but the locks need some grease as they took a bit of a slam to close.

Had all the options except electric windows. But I am not a fan of the spot light.

3rd row seat looks pretty comfortable once you get back there.

3rd row foot well properly carpeted.

Seat belt anchors and plenty of room out back for lunch.

Dang! I love it! Now that my Father-in-law has a 59 Ford in the fleet, I have spent alot more time researching them, and am loving them more and more!
This is a great example. Thanks for sharing.

That center console looks interesting, do you have any more pictures of it?
My prototype is functional, but not exactly pleasing to the eye.

Nice wagon. :)I've seen it also in other photos. I've attached a photo I found on the net of the console.

I didn't spend much time inside the car. But the upholstery and headliner were recently replaced as they show NO sign of wear at all!
The console looks aftermarket or a very well made custom piece. I am not a fan of them in vintage cars. But the car will be down there at the body shop for a week at least so I'll try to get more pictures of it for you tomorrow.

By the way, the airconditioning unit is not hooked up that I can tell. No compressor and no evaporator in front of the radiator. Just a little trans cooler.

That'd be cool. I like having beer holders in the car. Plus I put a charging port in mine, that's nice to have a little modern in the vintage.

I'd drive that wagon with or with out the beer holders. :pub::drink:
I'd get charged everytime I went cruising.
