Getting into the forum to decide if we're motivated enough to start the task of restoring this old Caballero or to let it go. Been sitting behind the inlaw's house for years. Complete pretty much just needs every thing re-done. Currently loving our Subaru Outback.
Well, that certainly is worthy of restoration, since they are completely beautiful, and worth quite a bit once restored - my favorite station wagon of all time. I just don't have the things required to get one. Welcome to the forum! Marshall
I'm with fannie on this one. Get that oldmanonthebike off of it and park the Outback way out back. You have a very rare and desirable wagon there that needs you attention! Even if you don't do a full restoration get it safe, dependable, and roadworthy. Then cruise around in style. Whether that bike be an old Murry 3-speed or a full grown Harley put the kick stand down and play with your wagon.
I got a few parts left from my 58 Buick (40 Series Riviera) Estate Wagon restoration...Maybe I got a few things u need... QueenB
No longer a Caballero owner. We were looking at so much to get it on the road just couldn't make it a priority. I hope the buyer or whoever ends up with it makes it the beautiful car that it could be. I guess the Outback will have to do. For Now.
