Looks like you have a good lens to work with, an the chrome from the original lens looks perfect in the pictures, so that is exactly what I would have done. In fact I did replace similar chrome trim on a couple tail light lenses that I had on a 67 Coronet 440 series convertible that I had back in college.

Right, I missed that "Sold" bit.

Email him, he'll answer, and when he tours the US small shows he might find one. He does answer.

You know that the Aussies had a lot of those mopars and they loved them. I'll bet you could find some from them.

    just type in http://www.ebay.com.au/

A lot of our North American models got renamed in Australia:

    How about these from Mexico:
    http://www.autoclasico.com.mx/site/?p=101&itemid=21350

He wants you to make him an offer. He's had them listed since April 2014. Shipping by MexPost isn't that bad (my wife gets stuff and its trackable)

I also speak, read and write in French and Spanish

A lot of I6 Ford guys drool at what the Aussie I6 engines can churn out with Turbos right out of the factory, so I keep a few links in my Favs.

You should see what kind of power they crank out of a 225 Mopar slant-six. Makes a 426 look like a 4-banger! :rofl2:
