A while back circumstances dictated selling some of my possessions, including my wagon. Now I have an itch for another wagon. What I'm looking for is one of two things; a BMW 5 series from '89 to '95 (E34 series) OR a domestic wagon pre '72. I can do any work mechanically and don't mind doing so if the car can at least be driven home to Chicago. Body work is a talent I do not possess nor do I have any connection for affordable work in that area so whatever it is must be rust free or damn near and straight. A nice original interior would be nice on the US wagon, on the BM I have plenty of connections to get other stuff if the car has a ratty inside. If any of you have granny's wagon in your garage that you'd love to sell off to stranger on the cheap let me know. Or at least a head's up on anything filling these requirements you stumble on and won't be adding to your own collections. Thanks guys
Here's 4 I found if they fit your criteria... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-....c0.m245&_trkparms=72:317|65:12|39:1|240:1318 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1992....c0.m245&_trkparms=72:317|65:12|39:1|240:1318 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1995....c0.m245&_trkparms=72:317|65:12|39:1|240:1318 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/525i....c0.m245&_trkparms=72:317|65:12|39:1|240:1318
Mine's still available If you're interested! 3rd time listing on ebay turned out not to be the charm.
Yeah....I think you should wait awhile before a relist, CaddyB. I think it went off at less this time didn't it? I only saw it with a couple of days left.
yes, A little over 4000. I sent the two highest bidders second chance offers of 4500, but no takers. Hey I guess I just revealed my bottom line
Bummer...I think you got 4900 the first time. You should wait awhile if you can. And shoot new pix...like selling a house on the market too long.
Well that's pretty much my situation, but sorry - she won't be sold off for very cheap, as she's in excellent condition & has low miles (the wagon that is, not my Granny).
