After building hot rods for others since my teens I finally purchased a 1954 Ford Ranch Wagon, 2 door to build a hot rod for myself. (@ 70 yrs)

I plan to chop it 4 inches & section the body 3-4 inches. 460 big block, C6 tranny, 9 inch rear, fully dubbed, upgrade suspension to 3 link, adjustable coil overs in back, tubular a arms with adjustable coil overs in front. ( i want the car to handle ).

Bench seats, alum paneling, full roll bar set up, insulated throughout as this is going to be a road car. I will create a build website when it start the project.
Have 32 Highboy to finish for a client first. You can watch the build at: http://brothershotrods.weebly.com/ ( took the summer off but am back at it now)

Great score on the '54 Ranchwagon. I always liked that body style. I'm anxious to follow your build thread. You have some cool plans for it. (y)
