    Formerly a white car painted yellow. Looks like this dealer is looking for big money.

    Dear Lord, the old "surf wagon" BS line...I hate that.

    Love the car! This is the same color as both of my '66 Mopars.

    The engine callout in the VIN should be a "G", which in 1966 was a 383. His ad has an incorrectly-typed VIN, as it should read DL45G63182032.

    D = Dodge full-sized car
    L = Price line (low)
    45 = six-passenger wagon
    G = 383
    6 = 1966
    3 = Build plant
    182032 = Sequential build number - The 82,032nd car off that line for the build year.

    For an incomplete repaint, and a few other details, I think that money is pretty optimistic. I'd go six or so.

    Either the yellow would have to go, or the red interior would have to go.........

    Hmmmmm............yellow with red interior? Really? "Appears to be a 383", you don't know? and want big money........I like that, "I don't know what I have, but it has an ugly exterior/interior color choice, and I don't know about the engine, but I want big money". Yup, I'll be right over..............

    The factory upper body side molding is missing. That would be hard to find if you wanted to restore it back to stock.
