For some reason, I don't think I've seen Ghostbusters all the way through, either. Seen bits and pieces here and there. Just not into 'supernatural' stuff - even if it's funny.

Aw jeez, gimme a break! Ghostbusters isn't about the supernatural, per se, but about how four goofs think they can control the supernatural.

Peter Venkman (Bill Murray), Egon Spengler (Harold Ramis) and Ray Stantz (Dan Aykroyd) are going into an elevator of a swanky hotel, when a guest asks, "What are ya? Some sort of a Cosmonaut?" Venkman says, "We're exterminators. Someone saw a cockroach up on the 8th floor." The guest retorts, "Must be some cockroach." Venkman shoots back, "Bite your head off." It's a very hilarious movie done by and acted by three geniuses of '80s-'90s motion picture comedy. If you saw Stripes, you have to see Ghostbusters.

I've never seen Stripes or Starwars, or much of any of the modern movies. Modern? as in older than 30 years old.
Now if you wanna watch the Three Stooges or or an old western I'm in.

I was pretty excited that Ghostbusters was being re-release this weekend and shown in 4K resolution in some theatres. I suspected it was no coincidence that it was being released the same weekend as the Toronto FanExpo was on. I had hoped to be able to see it in 4K while I'm in Toronto this weekend for the FanExpo. Alas, it's only showing in Niagara on the Lake over an hour away.

I've seen them many, many times. And, yes, Denny I would drive the Ecto1 in a freakin' heartbeat. Despite the fact that it is white. I'd deal with it! :D
