I tell people the same thing about Arizona cars........just 'cuz it's in Arizona, and licensed in Arizona, doesn't mean it's been here all it's life. Nor does it mean it is rust free, Arizona cars can have rust, too.

It's better to buy cars from the upper east coast. Then you know what to expect.

I would have it inspected or hold off for a car you can inspect yourself. One mans perfect is another mans oh S@@t.

I live fairly close to Paradise ("two tickets to Paradise!") It's far enough inland that there generally wouldn't be much in the way of rust and salt shouldn't be an issue. That's if it in fact spent most of the past 50 years there - it might have been somewhere else before landing in Paradise.

Well as much as I like it Im going to hold off. It has the look I want (original worn out paint) pics show straight,no rust and it already has a nice looking wheel combo which is a bonus. I am just having no luck at all finding anything decent near me. My budget is 10k. If it was with in driving distance ,it would be in my driveway. I think I would be paying top $$$ also which is to risky with out seeing it in person.

I'm in Marysville,Oh. Near Columbus. Looking for a late 50's to mid 60's. Original condition, solid driver,no rust or very little, etc etc, original paint is a big plus. Open to all makes right now. Just what ever catches my eye.
