Just goofing around in the garage tonight. LT1 is spotless....plus new 5.7 LT1 emblem installed. It's the little things that make you smile!!

Looks Nice! I like the LT1 emblem too. (and the "Corvette" intake cover doesn't hurt either)

Sad when it's so clean all you can do is detail the engine ...again!

Those make it go faster! Now you need to take it out on a gravel road and do some donuts. That thing is just too clean.

Mike............ever thought of doing detailing training videos? I'm so impressed with what you do, and wish I had half the talent to detail an engine compartment like that.......

I am a little worried about you Mike

That is just to clean and too pretty. You do awesome work/play. No wonder people really take second looks at your wagon at car shows and when it is parked, most have never seen a brand spanking new Roady that happens to be 18 years old and have actual miles on it.

I feel very guilty now. After working on my wagon today I took it to a local car gathering (REV was there of course) and my car was filthy. It actually has not been officially washed since Sept 3, 2012...........okay, Mike, take a few deep breaths, the dizziness will pass.

At least you got to drive it and have a good time. I'll admit I used to spend many hours keeping my cars clean inside and out. Now as long as I can see thru the windows the vehicles look fine. Living on a lime rock road makes it impossible to keep the engine or body looking decent.
I have a good friend who is like Mike. Everything he drives, no matter what year, looks brand new. I hate him!

Geez Cat, you are going to be giving TexasMike a heart attack :rofl2:

He won't get any sleep tonight knowing what he now knows...........that there's a '55 wagon only one State away that needs his attention. Can you imagine what he's going to be doing when he retires? Oh, wait a minute, he's not going to retire, he's going to open a detailing shop - for his own cars.:slap:
