Clark......Take my TIME!?!? I've been looking for a YEAR! And I have wholesalers too...you have to remember that I was a dealer and still have dealer friends and can still visit the auctions. You think I am looking JUST on the internet? Just because I trust my judgement more than someone elses doesn't mean I am rushing into anything. Why is it that when I like a car in NY I am rushing? If the car sucked I would have walked away. I'm actually having fun looking at this point. Nothing available in what I want so I will keep looking until I find one of the few that I may want. I'm in no particular rush, although, I would like to get started on one....my time is not as long as I would like. Anyway, I have my WTB ads all over the internet and alerts on all the sites. I would be happy to talk to Fred and see what he can come up with. Or anyone else.

Sounds good, then you know how Fred operates.

If you haven't found it in the past year then it might take longer, who knows!

I hope you find it man!

Thanks, Clark...hope I do too. Truth be told here...I may be a little jealous of Fred. I never sold a car on the internet but if I did I would frequent sites like he does and build a rep with good cars. You see.....around here.....I'M the Fred. People come to Mikey .. "Hey, Mikey...look at a car for me". "Mikey, find me a car". "Need a good car?...See Mikey". Yeah, I know how he operates...but he operates in a different area so I don't mind talking to him at all. Where ever the car I want is located and who has it doesn't matter. If it's right it's right.
And I appreciate the help and concern from you and Blackfoot.

Did you see the '96 gold one over on the other forum?

I know your looking for black but gold w/ no wood is sweet!

I also sent a long email to Fred this morning. Gave him some options on what I am looking for. See what happens there. Hope he gets back to me...I like dealing with other HONEST dealers. They know a good car from a bad one in a glance.
