    Hello All,

My name is Jeff Chamberlin. I just re-joined the ranks of wagon owners recently with a 1989 Olds Custom Cruiser. I grew up with several such beasts and have missed having one around for a long while now.

My Dad bought a '66 Country Squire when I was born, then a '72 Vista Cruiser, '74 Pinto Squire, '75 Country Squire (my first car), '80 Cutlass Cruiser, and finally, an '83 Electra Estate. From there he switched to SUV's. I have owned several of those also, but still prefer the wagons.

As I was driving home from work a couple of weeks ago, I spotted this beauty of an '89 Olds in someone's yard with a sign on it. As soon as I stopped and looked it over, I knew it was coming home with me. Been applying the necessary TLC ever since, and now have it on the road. What a nice ride! The A/C even works!

Anyway, I'm so glad to see that I'm not alone in my enthusiasm for these great vehicles.

    Best,

    Jeff

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'll post photos as soon as I have a chance to take a few. Don't have any of it yet. Been spending more time under it than around it.:D

    Hi Folks,

Here are a few exterior photos of my 89 Olds. It was getting dark as I shot them, so the second one is a little dim.
