My neighbors across the street had a new 1977 Cougar wagon. It was white without woodsiding and had a dark red interior I believe. That was a sharp looking wagon.

There were less than 5,000 made. It is the only four door Cougar in 77 and one of two Cougar wagons (the other one was almost a Pinto so I really don't even think it counts). Some guy in Australia claims there are only about a dozen left but I think that is low. The Ford version of the Wagon has different sculpting on the body so it isn't even a dead match. It's not an LTD II with Merc stickers like some have said (look at the roof line and lights).

Let's face it, it was a cool model that Ford made into a Wagon. Last time that happened, Chevy made a Nomad. I fancy it as the Nomad of the 70's.

Cal, do you have other pix besides those ebay pix you are showing? I looked at that wagon way back on ebay and those are the same pix. Just wondering if you have any new pix to share that show the wagon better? Love to see more of it.
