All you need to do to get one is to exceed the 55 mph freeway limit. When I last drove south, there were highway patrolmen all over waiting, until I crossed into Kentucky where they left you alone. At those speeds, if you weren't driving some Volkswagen Beetle, it was easy to fall asleep at the wheel in a big car. That's why, when I drove out west, I took the Indiana route through Mizzerruh and caught the old Route 66
