Glad to see you back wagonqueen and congrats on your spontaneous trade! Love the name choices too! :rofl2:

As for the debate on gender, could it be said that coupes and sedans are "she's" and wagons and trucks "he's"?

    Thanks everybody.

The gender of a car, hmmm, well, for me its colours and conditions.

Dorothy was a girl, because she's a soft pastel colour blue with immaculate wood trim, TWO sets of wheel trims, (shoes) TWO different roofracks (hair do's) and accessories such as matching blue suitcases for car shows The colour never suited being dirty.

Now Fester is a boy, because he's a rather tired and a shabby colour black. ONE set of wheel trims, that are filthy, (2 have gone through the dishwasher so far and come up wonderful) He's abit rusty and battle scarred and he pulls/drives stronger than Dorothy. He just seems to get on with it with no fuss looks great as is dirty or (to a fashion) clean.

Dishwashers are the ONLY good way to clean wire wheel covers. Some friends have taken the old dishwasher out of the kitchen and put them in the laundry room just for cleaning car parts. I may have some ODD friends. LOL

    What can't speak can't lie.

One on the left we washed in the dishwasher, one on the right is the result of normal soap and water.

Oh I sound like a commercial!

Very nice! The dishwasher for parts cleaning has come up before, I wish I remembered it before we replaced our old one a couple months back. I'm still not ready to try it though with the new one I clean my dishes with;)
