Been lurking for a while and thought I would post up. I don't have a wagon yet but I'm on the verge of getting one that I want. It's a 60 Rambler and looks almost like a twin of the GMG one they built. Without the "fancy" interior. I should be finding out if it will be in my driveway in the next few days. Fingers crossed! Well I got an email from the seller. he said he is going to hold on to the car for another week because another buyer contacted him first. Now I'm hoping the other guy thinks it will be too much of a project or not having a title will scare him off. I have a way of getting titles so that doesn't scare me one bit. Fingers crossed he flakes!
donthekawguy, glad you came out of the shadows and decided to join in. I was so excited about your new car but then I read this...hopefully your right and the other buyer will not like the car.
Sux having to wait. When I sell on CL I tell who ever that if someone shows up with the cash it will be gone. I don't hold anything for an "in case they like it" situation. I told him I would show up with a tow truck and cash but he said no. I guess it's good he is a man of his word, but that doesn't help me.
