Hi folks. I'm from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and figured I'd join since I bought a 1958 Meteor Ranch Wagon. It needs a top to bottom restoration, but I've done a few classic cars and street rods before so I figure I'm up to the task. I'm a member of the Fabulous 50's Ford Club of Manitoba.

Looking forward to seeing all your wagons whether they're on the road now, or projects like mine. I'm partial to the Fords, but appreciate what all wagons bring to the road!

Nice. Thanks. I used to live in River Heights. Near Grosvenor and Rockwood. Now in Westwood.

Looks like a great project. Count me as a blue blood with a soft spot for the 50s. I like the way the cars were designed for people back then. :D

Welcome to the madness Led! :Welcome:

A '58 Country Sedan is the first car I can remember riding in. If you do a resto thread, I'll be following? (y)

:Welcome:ledzled. Can't say I've ever seen ah '58 Meteor before. What did FOMOCO do for quarter panals on your side of the border in '57? Kinda neat really, I alwayz liked the '57 quarterz and tail lites better then the quarterz they hung on the '58s on my side of the border that year. :2_thumbs_up_-_anima I like it, Jer

    :Welcome:aboard man!
What a cool wagon. Kind of a combination of a '57 and '58 Ford wagon. I guess the side trim is unique to the Meteor.

Keep us up to date on your build progress. I'd be very interested to see how it progresses.

    Jack
