Hey everyone Just found this site. i just got a 1964 Impala Wagon on Monday March 2,09 for my daily driver. I am in GA right now but am moving back to FL on March 20,09 and thats where the Wagon is right now. I havent even seen it in person yet, I had my dad go get it and drop it off at a friends house. I am 34 have a wife & 2 kids a boy and girl 4 & 5yrs old and a boxer for our pet. I love cars no matter what it is about them just like working on them and learning about them. I do car audio installs for work and am MECP certified. Look forward to chatting with all of you and maybe even meeting some later Bernie

Yup, there would be chrome there. Beautiful wagon with a ton of potential! Looks very beefy with those rims and tires on it, and the flat-black paint!
The guy I bought it from switched hoods because there is a lot of rust on the one in the posted pic. he emailed me the other day saying he found the hood trim and said he would hold on to it for me till I get down there The hood thats on it now has less rust but is still not in that great of shape. Its all good though I love fixing up cars Later Bernie
